Welcome to RnDotTracer App!

This app is a brain training app that challenges your short-term memory, or “working memory.”
Specifically, it challenges your ability to remember the arrangement and order of objects on a flat plane.

＜How to Play＞

A set number of dots are displayed sequentially on a plane. After they are hidden, you trace the dot sequence. If it matches exactly, it's correct. If more than half match, you pass.
You complete a set number of these challenges to see your accuracy rate. Getting all challenges correct is a Perfect Game.
Your score is calculated based on the number of dots, number of sets, and accuracy rate, and you compete with others. Getting consecutive correct answers earns bonus points.
You can record your score with a nickname and view your rank.

This is expected to provide the following benefits:

• Gain an estimate of your working memory capacity.
• Repeated practice may increase your working memory capacity.
• Similarly, it may help prevent or slow down declines in ability, such as those associated with aging.
• It trains concentration, and above all, getting answers right is fun.

＜Features＞

Number of dots displayed:

Selecting tabs on the game screen allows choosing from three consecutive dot counts per stage (ranging from 3 to 14 dots total). Increasing the dot count makes the game significantly harder.

Number of trials per game:

Choose from 1, 3, 5, or 10 trials. There's also a mode where you can play up to 10 times, ending upon a mistake.

Dot types:

Choose between numbered dots (where the display order is clear even later) and unnumbered dots.

Trial mode:

Challenge yourself by increasing the dot count sequentially from 3 dots (up to a maximum of 18 dots). Ends upon a mistake. Choose between numbered or unnumbered dots.

• Primarily designed for individual play, but you can register scores with custom nicknames upon game completion, allowing friendly competition among family members.

While the tasks are simple and straightforward, you'll discover how the difficulty skyrockets as the number of dots increases—making for an intriguing experience.
